About Jonathan Stechmann
Jon, a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, is a transactional attorney, with experience counseling emerging and established businesses on financing, technology transactions, acquisition/disposition transactions and general corporate matters, and has experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements for the development, purchase, license and distribution of software, SaaS, and other technology-related products and services. Jon also advises clients on information security, outsourcing, hosting agreements, open-source software, and the conduct of business over the Internet.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jon gained extensive international business and technology experience through a twenty-year career as a Product Development Leader and Site Leader at General Electric, as Vice President of Product Development for Datacard Corporation, and as a Software Engineer at Control Data Corporation.
